Hotel and Travel Information

All ARRS Annual Meeting sessions and events will take place at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, LA.

Hotel Rates

Single: $279
Double: $279

All hotel rates are quoted in USD funds and are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

Hotel Reservation Deadline

You must be registered for the ARRS Annual Meeting in order to make hotel reservations. Hotel reservations must be made by April 7, 2017, to qualify for the discounted ARRS rates.

You are advised to register for the meeting and make hotel reservations as early as possible since the ARRS hotel room block will fill up quickly and ARRS is not able to guarantee that rooms will be available through April 7. After April 7, any rooms remaining in the ARRS room block will be released and higher rates will apply.

Hotel Confirmations

You will receive a confirmation from the hotel at the time your hotel reservation is made, which will include instructions for making changes to your reservation.

Guaranteed Reservations

All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Hotel Cancellations

Cancellations must be made seventy-two (72) before arrival to avoid a one (1) night room and tax charge. Cancellations to your reservation must be made online up until three days prior to your arrival date.

Hotel Reservation Changes

Changes to your reservation can be made up until the day of arrival. All changes to your reservation must be made online.

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is the New Orleans major commercial airport providing national and international flight service. New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival

April 28–May 7, 2017
