Virtual Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received in writing by March 31, 2017 to firstname.lastname@example.org will be refunded minus the $100 nonrefundable cancellation fee. After March 31, 2017, refunds will not be issued for any reason. Refund requests for the cancellation fee will not be considered regardless of the registration category, amount paid, or when requested. No-shows to the Virtual Meeting will not be refunded regardless of the reason, including conflicts that arise with a registrant’s schedule or failure to test the computer connection prior to the Virtual Meeting as instructed. Failure to join the Virtual Meeting as it takes place live (e.g., late arrivals or early departures) does not constitute a reason for a full or partial refund. A submitted registration form online, by fax, or mail serves as acknowledgement, acceptance, and agreement of these cancellation policies.
Virtual Meeting Transfer to Annual Meeting
Need to change your registration from the Virtual Meeting to the Annual Meeting? Written requests received by March 31 will require a $100 nonrefundable transfer fee in addition to any additional meeting registration fees to make the requested change in the meeting registration record. After March 31, requests to transfer from the Virtual Meeting to the Annual Meeting can only be processed at the ARRS On-Site Registration Welcome and Information Center in New Orleans and will require a $200 nonrefundable transfer fee in addition to any additional meeting registration fees to make the requested change to the meeting registration record.
ARRS membership must be current at the time of registration as well as for the duration of the Virtual Meeting and the duration of access to the on demand meeting recordings after the meeting to receive the discounted member registration rates. If membership has lapsed or will lapse between the date of registration and the final date of access to the on demand meeting recordings available after the meeting, the registrant must either renew membership or pay the nonmember registration fees. Discounted meeting registration fees are a benefit for current ARRS members.
