The ARRS Annual Meeting will take place at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, which sits in a charming neighborhood in the heart of Washington, DC filled with amazing restaurants and quaint shops. Just a few steps away, you’ll discover the funky stores and ethnic cuisine of Adams Morgan and the exciting night life of Dupont Circle. Visit the Smithsonian’s National Zoo or enjoy a quiet hike through Rock Creek Park. With a Metro stop just outside the hotel and area airports close by, it’s a premier city destination just two Metro stops from everything the city has to offer.
All hotel rates are quoted in USD funds and are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
How to Book Your Room
ARRS has negotiated a block of rooms at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. To take advantage of the special ARRS rates, you must register for the Annual Meeting first. Once you have registered for the meeting, you will be provided with a unique online Passkey reservation link to book your hotel reservation. Room reservation requests made by phone, fax, or mail will not be accepted.
Hotel Reservation Deadline
Hotel reservations must be made by Friday, March 30, 2018 to qualify for the special ARRS rates. After that date, the ARRS room block will be released and higher rates may apply. ARRS cannot guarantee rooms will be available through March 30, as the hotel block fills quickly. It is advised you register for the meeting and make hotel reservations before March 30.
You will receive a confirmation from the hotel at the time your hotel reservation is made, which will include instructions for making changes to your reservation.
All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival to avoid a 1 night room and tax charge. Cancellations to your reservation may be made online via the Passkey reservations link, up until three (3) days prior to your arrival date.
Hotel Reservation Changes
Changes to your reservation may be made up until the day of arrival. All changes to your reservation must be made online via the Passkey reservations link you will receive when you make your hotel reservation.

ARRS is not able to answer questions regarding hotel reservations. Please contact the hotel directly using the directions provided when you booked your room via the Passkey reservations link.
There are three major airports serving the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The hotel does not provide shuttle services to and from the airports.

ARRS has negotiated a special discount with Amtrak for ARRS meeting registrants. Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the best available rail fare to Washington, DC, from April 19–April 30, 2018. To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1-800-872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. This special convention rate cannot be booked via the Internet. Cherry Blossoms on the Tidal Basin
April 22–27, 2018
The cherry blossom trees that surround the world famous Tidal Basin should still be in bloom during the meeting. With over 3,800 trees planted, this historic national park, home to the Jefferson, FDR, and Martin Luther King Jr. Memorials, turns into a sea of pale pink and white blossoms from mid-March through the end of April. Take a walk around the waterfront path and enjoy one of DC’s most breathtaking views.
