Imaging Sports Injuries: Perspectives From Brazil and North America
This two-part web symposium features faculty from the Brazilian College of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging and ARRS sharing their expertise on various aspects of sports injuries. This three-hour course includes a discussion of Brazil's experiences with Olympic and World Cup athletics.
At the end of this session, viewers will be able to:
- Identify the best imaging technique to assist clinical colleagues in diagnosing MSK injuries and conditions.
- Compare injury patterns of skeletally immature vs mature athletes.
- Identify specific MSK injury concerns for active females.
- Understand changes in imaging protocol timelines for the elite or high demand athlete.
Please take a few minutes to complete the evaluation at the end of each session. We hope you enjoy this global education initiative.
