Target Audience
The target audience for this activity is radiologists, radiologists-in-training, and other health professionals with an interest in breast cancer and FDG PET/CT as well as those wanting to understand current AJCC guidelines for staging of breast cancer.
Goals and Objectives
After attending the PET in Breast Malignancy webinar, participants will be able to:
- Give a general overview of breast cancer.
- Understand and be able to apply the current AJCC guidelines for staging of breast cancer.
- Understand the indications and limitations of FDG PET/CT in the breast cancer patient and be able to recommend FDG PET/CT when appropriate.
