Parking

Parking is available at the JW Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton. Self-Parking is $12 per day and valet parking is $19 per day at the JW Marriott. Valet parking is available at The Ritz-Carlton at $19 per day.

If making a reservation by phone from the U.S. or Canada, call the special meeting desk at 800-521-4041 and mention the ARRS meeting ID 596CW. (Attendees from other countries should call their local United
phone number and mention the discount code 596CW.) Attendees will receive a 2–10% discount off applicable fares (including first class). Tickets purchased at least 30 days prior to travel will receive an additional 5% discount. The meeting desk is staffed seven days a week from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm EST. Airport transportation

Transportation between the airport and The Grande Lakes Orlando via taxi is approximately $40–45 each way. Some taxis take credit cards. This fare is based on one occupant and luggage is stored in the trunk with ease. Additional luggage and occupants may result in additional fees.

Tours and Local Activities

Update: Due to low enrollment, the ARRS Tours and Local Activities Programs have been cancelled.

If you would like tour information for the Orlando and the surrounding areas, please visit the ARRS Orlando Meeting* website:

1. Go to http://arrs.orlandomeetinginfo.com

2. Under “What to See & Do”, click on “Attractions.”

3. Select the type and location of the attractions and hit search (you do not need to enter a name).

4. A list of options will come up based upon your criteria. Click on an activity, and after you click on it price information and contact information for the tour/attraction will appear.

5. Contact your selected activity to make a reservation.

*Orlando Meetings is a service of the Orlando/Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau who is solely responsible for its content.

Theme Park Information

Update: The JW Marriott no longer sells tickets to Walt Disney World. To purchase tickets for Walt Disney World, please do the following:
