Who Should Attend
Health care professionals involved in all aspects of diagnostic imaging at all career stages in private and academic environments. All those who have an interest in or wish to learn about health policy and management aspects of the practice of radiology should benefit from attendance.
Goals and Objectives
Upon completion of the program, participants should have a more thorough knowledge of utilization management companies and of key legislative and legal issues affecting radiology practice, including issues related to coding, compliance and documentation, pay for performance, and self-referral. Participants will also learn key tips and strategies for optimizing their practices in the 21st century, including the use of service values.
