| The 2008 annual scientific meeting will be held April
13-18, 2008 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in
Washington, DC. The Marriott Wardman Park Hotel is
the official headquarters hotel for this meeting |

Once we have received your payment for your booth, we
will send you an e-mail with a link to the hotel reservation

Airline Transportation |

American Airlines is offering special discounted rates to
ARRS attendees. Go to www.aa.com and on the left side of
the screen select reservations, book flight, round trip. For
the AA.com promotion code, enter A0848AD. By phone,
call reservations at 800-433-1790 ($10 phone booking fee
applies) and mention ARRS authorization number/
promotion code A0848AD. Attendees will receive 5% off
published round trip fares for all classes originating from
the U.S., Canada, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico,
Bahamas, Bermuda, the Caribbean, Europe and the
Pacific. Note: Some fares are not valid for the
discount. Reservation agents are on duty seven days a
week from 6:00 am–12:00 midnight CST. AAdvantage
members receive full credit for miles flown.

Train Information
Amtrak operates almost 100 trains daily to and from
Washington, DC’s Union Station. Several routes offer
service to Union Station. For schedule and fare
information, please visit www.amtrak.com or call Amtrak
reservations at 800-USA-RAIL (800-872-7245). When
making your reservation, please use the station code
WAS for Washington DC-Union Station. The station is
approximately four miles from the Marriott Wardman Park
Hotel and can be accessed via the Metro red line from
Union Station (Stop: Woodley Park–Zoo/Adams Morgan). |
