It’s not quite time to book your hotel room, but rest assured, ARRS has secured discounted rooms for ARRS attendees at two of Honolulu’s premier hotels. By staying at an ARRS designated hotel you can:

Registration and hotel reservations will open on November 25. You can reserve your room after you register for the Annual Meeting. All ARRS 2019 Annual Meeting sessions and events will take place at the Honolulu Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Important ARRS Hotel Policies

How to Book Your Room

To take advantage of the special ARRS rates, you must register for the Annual Meeting first. Once you have registered for the meeting, you will be provided with a unique online StarGroups reservations link to book your hotel reservation. Room reservation requests made by phone, fax, or mail will not be accepted.

Hotel Reservation Deadline

Hotel reservations must be made by Wednesday, April 10, 2019 to qualify for the special ARRS rates. After that date, the ARRS room block will be released and higher rates may apply. ARRS cannot guarantee rooms will be available through April 10, as the hotel block fills quickly. It is advised you register for the meeting and make hotel reservations before April 10.

Hotel Confirmations

You will receive a confirmation from the hotel at the time your hotel reservation is made, which will include instructions for making changes to your reservation.

Guaranteed Reservations

All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Hotel Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival to avoid a 1 night room and tax charge. Cancellations to your reservation may be made online via the StarGroups reservations link, up until three (3) days prior to your arrival date.

Hotel Reservation Changes

Changes to your reservation may be made up until the day of arrival. All changes to your reservation must be made online via the StarGroups reservations link you will receive when you make your hotel reservation.

Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) is the island chain's major airport and is located in the city of Honolulu less than 20 minutes from the location of this year’s Annual Meeting.
