History

58-year-old man with mucinous gastric carcinoma.

Imaging Findings

Axial CT (A) and PET (B) images through the upper abdomen show lobular low-attenuation masses in the retroperitoneum consistent with metastasis from known mucinous gastric carcinoma. The tumor exhibits low-level metabolism, slightly above the level of the liver.
