How to Book Your Room
Please call the New Orleans Marriott at 1-888-364-1200 or direct at 504-581-1000 to make reservations under the ARRS Block. Be sure to identify yourself as being part of the ARRS block to ensure the special rate. The special ARRS rate is available 3 days before and after our dates, based on availability. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit guaranteed by a major credit card.

Hotel Reservation Deadline
Hotel reservations must be made by October 9, 2018 to qualify for the special ARRS rates. After this date, room rates will be subject to the prevailing available rate.

Hotel Confirmations
You will receive conformation from the hotel at the time your hotel reservation is made, which will include instructions for making changes to your reservation.

Cancellations/Changes
Cancellations must be made seventy-two (72) hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge. Changes to your reservation can be made online up until the day of arrival. To cancel or modify your reservation, call 1-888-364-1200. ARRS is not able to answer any questions regarding your hotel reservation.
