History

4-month-old patient with tachypnea and shortness of breath.

Findings

Frontal chest radiograph (A) shows hyperinflation and parahilar peribronchial thickening. Axial contrast-enhanced CT image (B) shows subtle ground-glass opacities (arrows) within the right middle lobe and lingula with sparing of the lower lobes.
