Ultrasound, CT, and MRI: Practical Physics Tips and Tricks

Knowledge of the radiological physics and technical aspects of image creation in ultrasound, CT and MRI is essential to understand their impact on image quality and improve diagnosis and provide value-based patient care. To enable effective use of various basic and advanced imaging technologies, Ultrasound, CT, and MRI: Practical Physics Tips and Tricks will discuss pitfalls and artifacts important to avoid misdiagnosis.  Additionally, radiologists will be updated on the latest information on contrast agents, protocols, and advanced techniques that can improve image quality, workflow, and interpretation. This ARRS Virtual Symposium on Friday, December 8 will review new developments that are useful to the clinical radiologist in a day-to-day practice using case-based examples.
  • Earn up to 4 CME credits during and after the presentation through December 8, 2024
  • Gain insights into basic and advanced methods of ultrasound, as well as CT, and MRI physics
  • Learn from esteemed subspecialized radiologists from across the country
  • Access session recordings and credit claiming for one year
